Best Apartment Experience Ever!!!
I moved my family to THE HILLS almost a year ago. My family has never been so content and happy in a place as we are at ... THE HILLS. The Management Staff and Maintenance staff are second to none and go the extra mile to make sure resident needs are met. We have enjoyed a tremendous sense of community and fellowship with our neighbors. My children absolutely love the amenities of the park and pool and it has afforded them an opportunity to attend a tremendous school district. We have lived in higher priced apartments but never have enjoyed the apartment experience as much as we do at THE HILLS! Great Place to Live!
My boyfriend and I have lived at The Hills since Sept. 2018 and we love it! The one bedroom we have is spacious and all of ... the amenities offered here are amazing. The location is right off hwy 169, which makes it the perfect distance from downtown or anywhere else near by. The office staff and maintenance staff are both very friendly and always happy to help with any need. We just renewed our lease for another year! Another year here my husband, 2 young girls, & i will be renewing our lease here! The Hills environment & overall atmosphere continues to exceed our expectations! Can't say enough about the wonderful continuity of all the staff that is well maintained throughout the years we've been here!

I have lived here for a few years and the ladies in the office are always helpful. A few weeks ago the washer on my toilet hose broke. Water went all over the place and the emergency maintenance man was awesome. I was really upset but he was very helpful with the situation.

I’ve been living here for almost a year & it’s been wonderful. The management and maintenance workers are amazing, if you have anything wrong with your unit they be on top of it plus they really nice & understandable. It’s peaceful and quiet.
